Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers within Sweden and other EU countries. If you are located outside the EU and wish to place an order, please contact us at mangatan.stockholm@gmail.com for assistance.
Processing Time
As all pieces are handmade upon order, all orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location:

EU Countries: 4–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing or factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.
Duties and Taxes
For shipments within the EU, VAT is included in your order total. If you are ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
